Predictomics involves fourteen partners from nine european countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland). José V. Castell , Foundation for Research University Hospital La Fe (Valencia, Spain), is serving as coordinator and Walter Pfaller, Institute of Physiology University of Innsbruck (FritzPreglstr. Innsbruck, Austria) as Deputy Coordinator.

The strength of this project is based on the interaction among partners and stakeholders that form an ideal consortium (50% Academia, 50% Industry, and stakeholders like European Consensus-Platform for Alternatives (ECOPA) or European Center for the Validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM).
